This is where you build your toolkit. Breathwork, somatic practices and nervous system regulation techniques designed for the fertility journey. Practical, accessible and deeply effective.
Explore how your thoughts, beliefs and stories are held in your body, and learn to gently work with them. Begin to shift from trying to control the outcome to cultivating deep, grounded trust.
Take everything you've learned and bring it into your daily life. Deepen your practice, troubleshoot real-life challenges and start to feel the shift from knowing to being.
We close the container with a re-evaluation from your first assessments. By now, you know more about your nervous system than you ever have, and will leave with a real sense of what techniques shift the needle for you, because we are all different.
