I want to fill a very important gap that exists in your fertility experience. It's not therapy and it's not medical advice. It's education and coaching about your deepest wiring, your nervous system. As a coach, I also know the power of having someone in your corner who sits just a few layers out, where you can be honest, vulnerable and heard.

When held in a state of threat, whether real or perceived, resources may be redirected away from reproductive and healing functions towards survival. This is not a flaw, this is brilliant design.

Before we begin, you'll complete some reflective assessment tools so we can start exactly where you are, and so we can reassess at the end. Week one is about understanding your personal stress baseline and learning the foundations of how your nervous system actually works.

Is this right for me if I'm just starting to think about getting pregnant?+
Absolutely. Starting early gives your nervous system the most time to settle into a healthy baseline before conception. This program is for women at every stage. Just beginning to think about pregnancy, actively trying, preparing for IVF, or navigating a longer journey. You will be met exactly where you are.
Is this medical advice or therapy?+
This is neither medical advice nor therapy, and that's intentional. Preparing The Portal lives in the beautiful space in the middle. Evidence-informed nervous system coaching, grounded in science and held with real care. Bee is clear about scope of practice from day one, and this program complements (not replaces) any medical support you're already receiving.
What if I can't make every live session?+
Life happens. All sessions are recorded and shared with the group so you never miss the content. We do encourage attendance where possible. The live container and connection with other women is part of what makes this work. But your access to the material is always secure.
How is this different from other fertility support?+
Most fertility support focuses on the physical. Diet, supplements, medical intervention. This program focuses on the often-missing piece: your nervous system. The autonomic nervous system governs reproduction. When it's held in chronic stress, resources may be redirected away from reproductive functions. This program directly addresses that with science-backed tools and compassionate coaching that no clinical appointment offers.
How much time do I need each week?+
One live group session per week (Mondays at 7:30pm AEST) plus around 15 to 20 minutes of daily practice using your toolkit and meditations. The practices are designed to integrate into real life, not add overwhelm. You'll build something sustainable, not a new to-do list.
